Trademarking Application

Our fees do not include appealing any refusal of the application or dealing with any objections to it.

In addition to our fee, there will be a fee to pay to the trademark registry. We shall be using the ‘Rightstart’ application procedure, which costs £200 for the first class of product or service and £50 for each subsequent class, half being payable on submission of the form and the remainder upon confirmation that the application is in order.
